Johnny Hill Estates Windham NH

The 27 lot subdivision in the Woods at Heritage Hill Windham NH was approved by the town planning board on January 17 2007. Most of the building lots are staked, nearly half of Bennington Road is paved and Jamestown Road is connected to Burnham Road in the Terra Bella neighborhood.

The acreage of the Johnny Hill parcels varies between 1.4 – 4.6 acres, most of them are beautiful estate lots either level or gently sloping. The best way to take a tour is to enter at the palatial home with the fountain at the corner of Bennington Rd and Heritage Hill Rd.
