NH home buyer tax credit

All New Hampshire homes for sale qualify for the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit.
Good news for NH home buyers: condos and townhouses used as principal residence are included.

The revised credit in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is valid for homes sold in 2009 only. The tax credit reduces or eliminates the federal income tax of NH home buyers for the year of the home purchase. The home buyer tax credit is phased out above certain income levels. Note for NH buyers agents: this credit is good for first time home buyers only.
