Ryan Farm Windham NH Vistas

The land in Windham NH which is spanned by Ryan Farm, Heritage Hill, Castle Hill, Lancester and Timberlane roads used to be owned by the family of a kind gentleman, Mr. Ryan.

Eventually most of the land comprising the Ryan family farm was subdivided and gave space to one of New Hampshire’s most beautiful residential neighborhoods; the Woods of West Windham, the Highlands of Windham (Peterson Development), Heritage Acres (Bergeron Development, DiPietro Homes) both part of the Great Mountain View Estates as the subdivision plan is registered with the Town of Windham in New Hampshire.

In its current phase Ryan Farm road ends in a cul-de-sac but according to the approved plans by the Windham building and planning departments it will connect to Field Rd and then run down to Castle Hill Rd and Rt 128 aka Mammoth road towards Pelham NH.

The beginning on Ryan Farm road already has some gorgeous houses and as you drive on the westerly vista offers some breath-taking sunsets.
